We are excited to announce it's time for our first ever Annual General Meeting! The next few months are crucial for making StART's vision possible, so we're combining the formal AGM business with an opportunity to get together, have some food and get an update on what's happening. St Ann's Redevelopment Trust Ltd will be holding its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), 6.30pm to 8.30pm on Wednesday 20 September 2017, at Chestnuts School, Black Boy Lane, London N15 3AS. (The venue is accessible to wheelchair users.). Members and non-members alike are invited.
1. Welcome and food/drinks
2. Chair's Report, including update from sub-groups
3. Treasurer's Report
4. Resolution to approve 2016-17 accounts
5. Resolution to permit exemption to appoint qualified auditor (see note 1 below)
6. Directors (see note 2 below), including
a. resolution to determine the maximum number of Directors
b. election of Directors
7. Looking ahead: StART's direction in the next 12 months
Talk and discussion with Chris Brown of Igloo Regeneration, StART's Development Manager
8. Closing remarks
There are potentially additional Director positions available and we invite anyone active in StART to consider standing for election.
