Message to all StART members and supporters
We would like to update members and supporters about StART changes in the past three months. As some of you know, some Directors resigned and StART members would like to thank them for all their hard work and commitment.
Although our active membership has shrunk a little we are currently doing some very exciting work. Thanks to a grant from Community Led Housing London, we have commissioned Campbell Tickell as consultants to carry out a feasibility study for us, looking at viable options for the 50 CLT homes on the St Ann’s Site.
We are currently working very positively and consolidating our priorities and plans for the site.
All this work is important preparatory work before this summer when the GLA will announce the successful shortlisted bidder for the St Ann’s site.
At the end of last year we employed a part-time community engagement officer who joins our part-time administrative officer.
We encourage all members and supporters to contribute, participate and come along to meetings when you can. Meetings are advertised on our website calendar.
